How much does Tourandi cost, and do you charge a booking fee?
You pay a monthly or annual subscription depending on the plan, plus a small commission only on paid bookings made directly through Tourandi. Free bookings (such as free walking tours), desk bookings and OTA bookings carry no commission. If your company only runs free tours, you only pay the subscription. The pricing page has the full details.
I only run free tours. Do I pay commission?
No. Free bookings never pay commission to Tourandi, so if you only run free tours you only pay your plan's monthly or annual subscription.
Can I use my own payment gateway?
Yes. Connect your Stripe or Redsys account and the money from each booking goes straight to you. You can also record cash, card terminal, bank transfer or PayPal payments taken at the desk.
Does it connect to Civitatis, GetYourGuide and Viator?
Today you can sell on those channels and record their bookings in Tourandi, with their commission, so they come off the same capacity. Automatic connections with Civitatis, GetYourGuide and Viator are on our roadmap; we'll let you know as soon as they're live.
Can I switch from Turitop or another system?
Yes. With Turitop, Tourandi can run alongside it: Turitop keeps selling while Tourandi runs guides, check-in and operations, until you decide to switch fully. From other systems, we'll help you bring over your products, customers and upcoming bookings. And you get one month free while you migrate.
Does it work for companies with several sites or brands?
Yes. One account can run several companies, each with its own catalogue, team, currency and brand, and you switch between them with a selector. Permissions are set per person and per company.
Which languages does it support?
The dashboard and booking site are in English and Spanish, and customer emails go out in the language of their booking. French is next on our list.
How do you protect my data and my customers' data?
We comply with GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with every customer company. Each team member only sees what their role allows, every change is recorded in an activity log, and you can export your bookings and customers whenever you like.
