1. Data controller

Drivisaas Software SL, tax ID TODO_BEFORE_LAUNCH, registered office at TODO_BEFORE_LAUNCH, is the controller of the personal data collected through tourandi.com. You can reach us at soporte@drivisaas.com.

2. What data we process

The data you give us when booking a demo or contacting us: your name, the company name, email, phone, team size, the booking system you currently use and any message you leave.

Technical data about the submission: IP address, browser, date and time, the page you submitted from and, if you arrived through a campaign, that campaign's parameters (UTM and similar). They serve as evidence of consent and tell us which channels work.

3. What we use it for

• To handle your demo request and the sales contact that follows about Tourandi.
• To send you information related to your request (proposal, terms, product news). You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To protect the site against automated form submissions and to produce aggregate usage statistics.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in handling the request you make and keeping the site secure. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties. In particular, we do not share it with other customer companies or with third parties for marketing: the data you give us as the person in charge of your company is yours, and only Drivisaas Software SL uses it to serve you.

It is processed on our behalf, as processors under the GDPR, by the providers we need to operate: web hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). If you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics) will process browsing data and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the data from your request for as long as the business relationship lasts and, if none comes about, for up to two years after the last contact. After that it is blocked only for the statutory limitation periods and then deleted.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to soporte@drivisaas.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access restricted to staff who need it and providers bound by contractual guarantees.

9. Minors

The website and its forms are aimed at professionals at tour, activity and attraction companies and are not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on tourandi.com, identified by its version number.
