How the switch works
You set the pace. Each operator takes as long as it needs, depending on its catalogue and channels.

We go over your catalogue, channels, gateways and the dates best left alone, such as peak season.

You set up Tourandi
Create your account and your tours with their schedules, tickets and prices, and connect your payment gateway.

You run in parallel
Connect Turitop or add bookings with quick add. Your team starts using the Today screen, the guide portal and check-in.

You test online sales
Make test bookings through the widget or booking site, and check the emails your customers receive.

You make the switch
Put the Tourandi widget on your website and update your channels. If you're coming from Turitop, the sync stays on while bookings are still due to arrive from there.

Do I have to stop selling while I switch?
No. With Turitop you run in parallel: Turitop keeps selling and Tourandi receives the bookings. From other systems, you keep your current one until Tourandi is ready and add new bookings with quick add in the meantime.
Do I pay while I'm migrating?
Not for one month: if you're coming from Turitop or another booking system, you don't pay the Tourandi subscription while you switch, and our team supports you at every step.
Do you import my bookings automatically?
From Turitop, yes: the sync brings in new bookings and, if you like, earlier ones from a date you choose. From other systems we help you bring them across; Bókun and FareHarbor sync is on our roadmap.
How long does switching take?
It depends on how many tours, channels and people you have. With Turitop you can start working in Tourandi as soon as you connect your account and map your products, and switch fully when it suits you.
What about OTA bookings?
If they come in through Turitop, the sync brings them to Tourandi. If not, you add them with quick add, with each channel's commission. Direct connections with Civitatis, GetYourGuide and Viator are coming soon.
How do my guides get started?
Invite them by email and they open their portal on their phone: they see their schedule, accept the departures you offer and check guests in. There's nothing to install.
I only run free tours. What will Tourandi cost me?
Just your plan's subscription. Free bookings carry no Tourandi commission, and neither do bookings from free-tour platforms or OTAs.
