Many tour operators use one system to sell, spreadsheets to organise guides and scattered messages on the day. Every manual step is a chance for something to slip: a departure with no guide, a group over capacity, a settlement that doesn't add up.
Tourandi brings it all together: the booking engine, channels, payments and day-to-day operations, from the moment a customer books until the guide closes the departure. For an operator starting out with one tour and for one with several brands and cities.
