What it solves
From bookings by email and phone to a calendar that sells for you
A booking system for tours keeps your departures, the places left on each and their prices, and lets customers book without waiting for someone to reply. Every booking takes its places straight away, sends the confirmation with its voucher and shows up in your dashboard with the channel it came from.
In Tourandi you set up each tour with its options (language, start time, shared or private), add the season's schedule rules and the departures are created for you. If you don't run on a bank holiday, you mark it as an exception. If a departure fills up, the waiting list collects the next customers. And if an activity is sold on request, the customer sends an enquiry and you reply with a quote.
It works for a solo guide selling a free walking tour and for an operator running several cities, boats or attractions: the same engine, with more or fewer rules switched on.
Without a booking system
- You answer emails and messages to confirm whether there's space
- You track places on each departure in a spreadsheet
- You change prices by hand when high season starts
- You lose customers when a departure fills and there's nobody to tell
With Tourandi
- Customers see real availability and book at any hour
- Departures are created from your schedules, with their exceptions
- Seasonal prices apply by themselves on the dates you set
- The waiting list keeps bookings and tells you when places free up
How it works
Everything a booking needs, set up once
Rules live on the tour and on each option. Tourandi applies them on your website, in the widget, at the desk and on every channel.
Schedules and seasons
Schedules that create your departures
Pick the days of the week, the start times and the season dates. Tourandi creates every departure with its capacity and keeps it in step if you change the rule. Bank holidays or days off are marked as exceptions, for the whole day or a single start time.
- Several start times a day and seasons with start and end dates
- Prices by season or day of the week, with priority when they overlap
- One-off departures for special dates, outside any schedule
Capacity and rules
Capacity, minimums and waiting lists on every option
Each option has its own capacity and rules: overbooking as a percentage, a minimum group size with the time it's decided and automatic cancellation if it isn't reached, a waiting list, and how close to the start online bookings stay open.
- Limits per ticket type, such as a cap on child places
- Tickets that don't take a seat, such as infants
- Booking window: how many days or months ahead people can book
Checkout and confirmation
A quick checkout on mobile, with payment and confirmation
Customers choose a date, a time and their tickets, answer any questions you've added and pay through your gateway, in full or with a deposit. They get a confirmation email in their language with the booking voucher, and can change their details, date or party size within the deadlines you set.
- Promo codes, gift vouchers and automatic discounts
- Your own booking questions, such as allergies or sizes
- Free cancellation up to the hours set in your policy

FAQ
Questions about the booking system
If your question isn't here, book a demo and we'll go through it with your own tours.
What is an online booking system for tours?
It's the software that holds your departures, places and prices and lets customers book and pay without anyone stepping in. In Tourandi every booking takes its places straight away across all your channels, sends the customer a confirmation and appears in your dashboard.
Does it work for activities that aren't guided tours?
Yes. Tourandi works for guided and free walking tours, day trips, boat trips, adventure activities, museums and attractions. What changes is the setup: capacity per departure, tickets that don't take a seat, resources such as vehicles or equipment, or on-request bookings.
Can I charge different prices in high season?
Yes. You create price periods with dates and, if you like, specific days of the week. Departures in that period use its price for each ticket type; if two periods overlap, the one with the higher priority wins.
What happens when a departure is full?
If the waiting list is on for that option, new bookings are stored on the list without taking a place. When someone cancels or you raise the capacity, the Today screen tells you there are places for the waiting list.
Can customers change or cancel their booking?
Yes, from the link in their confirmation email. You decide what they can do (change their details, the date or the party size, or cancel) and up to how many minutes or hours before the start.
How long does it take to start taking bookings?
A simple tour takes an afternoon to set up: tour, option, ticket types and schedule. Then you share your booking page link or paste the widget into your website. Or, if you prefer, we set it up with you.
