Reports
Reports and statements for tour operators
Tourandi's reports tell you how much you've sold, through which channel, at what occupancy, and what you owe each platform and each guide. They come from the same bookings, payments and closed departures your team works with, and download as CSV for your accountant.
- Sales and occupancy by channel
- Platform fees and statements
- CSV export
What it solves
Month end without rebuilding anything
Reports in a tour booking system answer concrete questions: how many people came, which channel sells most, which tour fills up and which doesn't, how much was taken at the desk and how much is owed to each platform. When the data is spread across several tools, each answer costs an afternoon.
In Tourandi everything comes from the same source: the booking with its channel, the departure with its actual attendance and each payment with its method. Choose a date range, group by day, week, month, tour, option, language or channel, and download the summary or every line as CSV.
Guide statements and the platform fee ledger use closed departures, so the figures match what happened at the meeting point. And the audit log shows who changed what, and when.
With data in different places
- You export from each platform and cross-check sheets at month end
- You don't know which channel leaves you most after fees
- Guide statements get argued over line by line
- Nobody remembers who changed a departure's capacity
With Tourandi reports
- Bookings, people and revenue by channel for any date range
- Platform fees accrued, confirmed and to claim back
- Statements with the detail of every departure and rule
- An audit log with author and time
How it works
Figures that come from real operations
Every report is built from what your team already records, with no extra steps.
Statements
Guide statements, from draft to paid
Generate each guide's statement for a period from closed departures, declared tips and the rates in force on each date. Review the draft, add adjustments if needed and approve it: it gets a number and is frozen. When it's paid, you record the date, method and reference.
- One line per departure with the rule applied
- Two-way balance
- Bookings credited to the guide through their code or QR
Platform fees
What you owe each channel, and what you can claim back
The fees report shows, by channel and period, what's accrued, what's confirmed after closing departures, what's due back for no-shows and what's already been refunded. Next to it, the no-show rate by channel helps you decide where to sell.
- Owed after refunds, by channel
- Deadline for each refund
- No-show rate by channel
Cash-up and payments
The day's cash-up and the month's payments
The cash-up report groups payments and refunds by method, channel, the person who recorded them or day, with gateway fees and net. The gift voucher report shows what's been issued, redeemed, voided and is still outstanding.
- Cash, card terminal, bank transfer, Bizum, PayPal and online
- Gateway fees and net
- Outstanding and expired unredeemed vouchers
Audit log
Who changed what, and when
Every relevant change is logged: capacities, cancellations, payments, channels, rates or permissions, with the person who made it and the time. Only owners and admins can see it, and it's useful both for settling questions and for reviewing processes.
- Author, time and detail of each change
- Visible only to owners and admins
- Bookings deleted by mistake can be restored

FAQ
Questions about reports and statements
What data is there, where it comes from and how to export it.
Which reports does Tourandi include?
Bookings, occupancy, guides, platform fees, referrals, cash-up, payments, gift vouchers and reviews. Each can be filtered by date and, depending on the report, grouped by day, week, month, tour, option, language or channel, then downloaded as CSV.
Can I export the data to Excel?
Yes. Every report downloads as CSV, as a summary or with every line, and opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. You can also export the bookings list with whatever filters you've applied.
How do I know what I owe each platform?
The fees report shows, by channel, what's accrued, what's confirmed after closing departures, what you can claim back for no-shows and what's already been refunded, with the amount owed after refunds.
Can guide statements be changed?
While they're drafts, yes: you can regenerate them or add adjustments. Once approved they get a number and are frozen, even if you change rates later. That way every statement can always be explained by the rules of its date.
Who can see the audit log?
Only people with the owner or admin role. The log shows who made each change, when, and to which booking, departure or setting.
Does Tourandi issue invoices to my customers?
Tourandi records every booking with its VAT, every payment and every refund, and lets you export them for your invoicing software or your accountant. VeriFactu compliance for Spain is on our roadmap.
