Integrations
Tourandi connects to your payment gateways, your sales channels, your calendar and your website. Here is every integration, what it does and whether it's available today or coming soon.
Get paid through your own gateway, into your own account. Office payments sit on the same booking.
Take card payments on your booking site through your own Stripe account, connected with Stripe Connect. The money lands in your account, not ours.
The card gateway Spanish banks provide. Connect your merchant code and take card payments at checkout; keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
Spain's mobile payment method. Payment requests include your Bizum number and the booking reference, and every Bizum received is recorded on the booking.
Record payments received via PayPal on the booking itself, alongside card, cash or bank transfer, so your cash-up and reports add up.
Each channel with its own fee rule, all drawing from the same capacity.

Add GuruWalk as a channel with the per-attendee fee from your agreement. Tourandi works out what you owe and which no-shows you can claim back.
FreeTour.com as a channel with its own fee rule. Paste the confirmation email into quick add and the booking fills itself in.
A direct connection so bookings arrive without retyping. Today you can already add it as a channel with its commission and use quick add.
A direct availability and booking connection. Meanwhile, GetYourGuide works as a channel with its commission, on your shared capacity.

A direct connection with Viator. You can already set it up as a channel so its bookings draw from the same capacity and its commission is calculated.
To start on Tourandi without switching off your current system, or to distribute through open standards.
Read-only sync: your Turitop bookings flow into Tourandi with their original channel, and check-ins can be pushed back to Turitop if you switch it on.

OCTO-certified API: OTAs and resellers on the standard read your availability and book into Tourandi, with one key per OTA and its commission.

A connection for operators who distribute through Bókun today, to bring their bookings into Tourandi without retyping them.
Your website, your calendar and your customer emails, all wired to your bookings.
iCal feeds for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook: one for the company, filterable by destination or tour, and a personal one for every guide.
One line of code to embed bookings on your website, plus a public API with publishable keys to build your own checkout.
Confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations in each booking's language, sent in your company's name with your reply-to address.
Notifications to customers and guides over WhatsApp. You can already show your WhatsApp number in emails and on your booking site.

Invoicing compliant with VeriFactu, the Spanish Tax Agency's invoice-recording system.
How it connects
You don't need a developer for the first three. The API is there for when you want to build something of your own.
Paste one line of code into your website and your booking page appears, resizing itself to fit. Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Webflow.
Read tours, availability and prices, and create bookings from your own website or app, with a publishable key locked to your domains.
Subscribe Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook to your departures. Every guide gets their own feed of what they're assigned. No customer data.
Connect your account and Turitop bookings show up in Tourandi with their original channel. Run your day in Tourandi while you keep selling on Turitop.
OCTO
OCTO is the open standard OTAs and resellers use to check availability and book in an operator's system. Tourandi has passed the official supplier certification: each OTA gets its own key, sees your tours and spaces in real time, and its bookings come in with their channel and commission, from the same capacity as your website.
Each OTA switches the connection on when an operator asks for it. Get in touch and we will help you request it.
Watch
The sync is read-only: Tourandi never sells the seats that come from Turitop, so there's no risk of double-selling. You map each Turitop product to its option in Tourandi, import your history if you want to, and from then on every new or changed booking comes in on its own.
Tell us what you use and how you work with it. What we're asked for most is what moves up the roadmap first.
FAQ
What operators usually ask before connecting Tourandi to the rest of their tools.
The money goes to your account. You connect your own gateway, Stripe (through Stripe Connect) or Redsys, and customers pay your company directly. Tourandi records every payment on the booking, alongside the cash, card-terminal, bank-transfer, Bizum or PayPal payments you take in the office.
There's no direct connection with those platforms today. You add them as channels with their per-attendee fee and enter their bookings with quick add: paste the confirmation email, Tourandi fills in the booking and warns you if the reference already exists. If you sell through Turitop, those bookings arrive through the sync.
Tourandi has an OCTO-certified API, the standard many OTAs use to connect with booking systems. Each OTA switches the connection on when an operator asks for it, so we don't give dates that don't depend on us alone. Meanwhile you can set them up as channels with their commission, log their bookings with quick add and sell them from the same capacity as your website, with no risk of double booking.
Yes. The Turitop sync is read-only: your bookings come into Tourandi with their original channel and Tourandi never sells those seats, so there's no capacity conflict. You can run operations in Tourandi, with the Today view, guides and check-in, and move your sales across when you're ready.
No. The widget is a single line of code that you paste into any website that accepts HTML, WordPress included, and it resizes itself. The public API is for those who want to build their own checkout; if that's you, your developers will find everything on the developer page.
Tell us what tours you sell and how you work today. We'll reply within one working day with what Tourandi can do for you and a price that fits.
