Widget and booking page
Booking widget for your tour website
Tourandi's booking widget puts your calendar and checkout on any website with a single line of code. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Webflow, fits phones and carries your colours. No website yet? Use the booking page Tourandi creates for your company.
- One line of code
- Visual editor
- Booking page included
What it solves
A website that takes bookings, not just enquiries
A booking widget is a block you paste into your website so customers can pick a date, a time and tickets and pay without leaving your page. Without one, visitors have to email you, jump to another platform or call, and many leave it for later.
Tourandi's widget is a one-line script. Paste it where you want bookings to appear and it shows your whole catalogue or a single tour. It sizes itself to its content, so there are no scrollbars or heights to guess, and it uses the same availability as all your other channels.
In the visual editor you choose colours, font and corners and see them applied to the widget and your booking page at once. If you need something bespoke, the public API gives access to availability and bookings with publishable keys.
Without a widget on your website
- Visitors read about your tour and have to email to book
- You send traffic to a platform that charges commission
- Your contact form has no idea what's still available
- Every website change depends on a developer
With Tourandi's widget
- Customers book and pay on your own website
- Availability is the same as on every other channel
- You change colours and style in the editor, no code
- You track visits and sales with your own analytics tags
How it works
From pasting one line to selling on your website
Copy your code from Settings, paste it into your website and bookings start arriving in your dashboard.
One line of code
Paste the script wherever you want to sell
The code already carries your company's identifier. Paste it into a custom HTML block and the widget appears right there, with its height adjusting to the content. Optional attributes let you show a single tour, fix the language or credit bookings to a guide.
- WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or any site that accepts HTML
- Full catalogue or one specific tour
- Nothing to install, no dependencies
Visual editor
Your colours, your logo and your font
In the visual editor you pick primary and secondary colours, the font, the corner radius and your logo, and see the result straight away. If your team wants to go further, you can add your own CSS, which Tourandi checks before saving.
- Same style on the widget and the booking page
- Live preview while you edit
- Optional custom CSS
Booking page
A booking page even if you don't have a website
Every company gets a public booking page with its catalogue, category filters, photos, meeting point, cancellation policy and contact details. Share the link on social media, on Google or as a QR code; it's the same page the widget shows.
- Categories so customers can filter your tours
- Public guide pages with their QR code and tours
- Direct link to a specific tour
Public API
For bespoke websites, the booking API
If your website is custom-built, you can read tours and availability and create bookings from your own code with the public API, using publishable keys you create and revoke in the dashboard.
- Catalogue, availability, prices and bookings
- Promo code and gift voucher checks
- Publishable keys per company

FAQ
Questions about the booking widget
How to install it, style it and measure what it sells.
How do I add the booking widget to my website?
Copy your code from Settings, under Online booking, and paste it into a custom HTML block where you want it to appear. It's a single line with your company's identifier already filled in.
Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. Add a “Custom HTML” block to the page or post, paste the code and publish. It works the same on any site builder that lets you paste HTML, such as Wix, Squarespace or Webflow.
Can I show just one tour on a page?
Yes. With the data-tour attribute the widget shows only that tour instead of the full catalogue. It's handy for each activity's page on your website.
Can I match the widget to my brand?
Yes. In the visual editor you choose colours, logo, font and corner radius, with a live preview. If you need to, you can add your own CSS. The style also applies to your booking page.
Do I need a website to use Tourandi?
No. Tourandi creates a public booking page for your company, with your catalogue, photos, meeting point and cancellation policy. You can share the link on social media, on your Google Business Profile or as a QR code.
Can I track widget sales in Google Analytics?
Yes. Add your Google Analytics ID, Tag Manager container or Meta pixel and the widget sends visits and sales. It only loads those tags if your website tells it the visitor has given consent.
